The building is heated by a wood pellet central heating, which was newly installed in 2014.

The private residence was built in 2009 and consists of a spacious living room with surprisingly large windows and an open kitchen, a utility room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace. The house is equipped with a 360 degree rotating wood stove, climate control by means of heat pumps and a boiler with solar panels.
There are also two separate private bedrooms with bathroom.
In addition, there is the dining room for guests who take our table d'hôte formula, the very large garage that is also used as storage for bicycles and motorbikes of guests, the immense attic and the laundry and storage rooms.
In short, the whole is huge, as many of our guests say and in an excellent condition.

The holiday homes are fully up to standard according to French legislation for fire safety, electricity, fire alarm and accessibility for the disabled.
The 'Tourism & Handicap' label has been awarded for the 4 categories; physically, visually, auditory and / or mentally disabled.
For the tourist classification the homes are classified with 2 stars.

The holiday rental is in full swing and there is a very good occupancy rate in all seasons with many returning guests.
