URGENT Investor needed for a beautiful property with hotel and plot of land to build on.

The property comprises a very well-run boutique hotel with restaurant and 4 ha of land with planning permission for 42 houses.

The current operator/owner would very much like to continue running the hotel as a tenant and/or buy the hotel back over time. Proposal: lease with sale back after 181 months. Rent EUR 20 000 per month with EUR 400 000 at the end of the term to buy back only the hotel. The plot of land to build on remains in the hands of the investor.

TURNOVER HOTEL
The annual turnover of the residence is EUR 1 000 000 per year, with a profit around EUR 350 000 which of course includes the rental cost!
