Charming B&B with pool and garden, 25 km from the beach

A lovely B&B located in a small town and surrounded by nature. It is about 25 km from the Mediterranean beaches.

Outside there is private parking for guests for about 10 cars. There is also about 7.000m2 of land where guests can walk enjoying the tranquility of the environment, among the olive trees and lavender. It is also ideal to use a part as an organic garden. The property is located in a cul de sac, therefore it is very quiet.

On the terrace there is a large outdoor pool overlooking the mountains with several loungers to relax. In the interior patio there are several comfortable corners so that guests can enjoy breakfast or a refreshing drink outdoors.

The interior of the B&B can be accessed from the patio that is next to the pool or through a main entrance located in a beautiful stone facade that overlooks one of the streets of the town.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped for the use of the guests together with a rest area, a sunny gallery with large windows that can be used for breakfast, a small interior patio, two bathrooms, a dining area, two spaces with sofas and armchairs. There is a large kitchen for the owners to prepare breakfast.

The 9 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a / c and heating. There is a storage area and an extra bedroom (currently empty) that can be used for various purposes.

On the main floor there is a room with an independent entrance from the street. Also on the same floor is a spacious suite with a private living room with a fireplace. This last area can be used as a private area or as a large family suite for guests.

On the upper floor are the remaining seven bedrooms en suite. Through a staircase you access two of the bedrooms. Through a second staircase you access four bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has an attic with a loft with a second bed. And through a third interior staircase you access the last bedroom. Practically all the bedrooms have a terrace, either private or shared.

It is an ideal place for yoga retreats or a quiet vacation but close to large urban areas.
