Located at the Costa Blanca, just 15 minutes from the Mediterranean sea with his sandy beaches, in a small village in the valley of orange and lemon groves.
This authentic village house from the 1800s with large garden was completely renovated while retaining the original doors, beams and high vaulted ceilings. By entering the lounge, there is a impressive fireplace and marble staircase with a cozy library.
Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen for the guests. The property has a nice garden to relax andthe seating has been arranged between the various citrus and palmtrees, and a lovely pool withloungers. At the 5×10 m pool there is a covered lounge area in Ibiza style with bar and refrigerators, it functions as our honesty bar with TV and sound system.
The old wall and tower of the garden were preserved in their original condition and are a real eye-catcher.
There are 4 guest rooms, all en-suite with large walk in showers and a very large 5th en-suite that can also be rented out for guests (or converted into a family room for 4).
1 bedroom is on the ground floor with a large en-suite bathroom.
Another one at the rear of the house offering extensive view of the valley, with a private sun terrace and a extra bedroom which serves as family room if required.
2 bedrooms on the first floor en-suite and with a balcony.
There is also a private owners apartment. Lovely living area, 1 bedroom with large bathroom, dressing.
There are 2 kitchens: one for the guests to be used and a large private large dining kitchen.

Because of these extra spaces, it is possible to rent out a 6th small bedroom with adjoining bathroom and still have enough storage. On the terrace of the b&b there is also a bathroom which is now the laundry room with an extra toilet
